Old Headlines July 4th, 4-15L vs Assault
Ever since we got moved up to tier 2, we haven't won most our games. I've come to one conclusion, we are not a tier 2 team. The league should've kept us back in tier 3, where we belong. I don't get it, even teams that have better records than us get moved down to tier 3. Somethings up.
June 23th Updates
Lack of updates were due to playing too much racing sims and upgrading of my *nix system. The stats have been updated. I don't want to remember the last 2-3 games. There is an obvious break down somewhere. But some of it probaby had to do with fatigue. I hate playing 3 games in 4 nights. That's way too much. I wish they would spread it out better. I mean, some weeks we have 3 freakin' games and some times we go for 1 1/2 without one. That sucks. Our next game isn't till July 4th, see what I mean! PS. Fortunecity seems to be deleting our videos. June 7th, 2-6 loss vs Wiseguys The final score didn't reflect our performance that's for sure. I think we played great. The WG's just played better. Their shots got through the crease and ours didn't. We kept it up with them but we just made more mistakes than they did. Definitely a team I wouldn't mind having a beer with.
June 6th, 9-8 win vs Maritime Porn Stars A very close come-from-behind victory. We were out-scored in the 1st half 7-5. It wasn't till the 2nd half that we picked it up. This time we out-scored them and let only 1 goal in. Both teams played clean and fair with no cheap stuff. That's the way hockey should always be.
May 28th, 5-8 loss vs Ruff Ryders We just weren't prepared for tonight. I guess playing all those weaker teams really set us up for a surprise. We weren't prepared for a team who likes to play rough. Plus it doesn't help when 2 of our top players are missing from the line-up. We didn't play well in the 1st half. We were down 4 goals but picked it up in the 2nd with 5 goals. At least we made it decent. I think we're awake now.
May 21st, 11-2 win vs Pylons Mike does it again by letting just 2 goals through the crease. Defense did their job by scoring or assisting on over half the goals.
May 9th, 6-2 win vs Rascals
Guess who goes in net for the Rascals? None other than our goalie from last season. He switched over to the dark side. We knew all his weak spots and took advantage of it.
